1. Agreement

By creating an account, connecting a website, or otherwise using rankboo.st, you agree to these terms with ScalePlant Group (opens in new tab)("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Definitions

• Service — the rankboo.st platform, dashboard, APIs, integrations, and related tooling.
• Content — text, images, metadata, keywords, and other material you provide or that we generate on your instructions.
• Connected site — a website, store, or endpoint you link via WordPress, Shopify, webhooks, or the Content API.
• Subscription — a paid plan billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

3. The service

rankboo.st helps you plan, generate, validate, and publish SEO blog content to connected websites and integrations. Features may include keyword research, article generation, image creation, scheduling, publishing, and programmatic access via API keys.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or any specific commercial outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate registration details, verify your email where required, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API keys and integration connections created in your workspace.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, plan limits, and features are shown at checkout and in your dashboard. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal unless required law says otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and our billing provider's policies.

6. Auto-renewal and cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period, subject to plan limits.

7. Fair use and quotas

Each plan includes monthly post quotas, website limits, and feature caps described on our pricing page. You agree not to circumvent quotas, share accounts to evade limits, or use the service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content
• Publish spam, malware, hate speech, or content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without permission
• Upload or connect material you do not have rights to use or publish
• Interfere with the service, other users, or connected platforms

9. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the rankboo.st software, branding, templates, documentation, and underlying technology. These terms do not grant you ownership of our platform or trademarks.

10. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you provide and generated posts you approve for publication. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service — including calling third-party AI and publishing providers on your behalf.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication where your workflow requires it, and for ensuring published material complies with applicable law and platform rules.

11. Integrations and third-party services

Connecting WordPress, Shopify, Google sign-in, Stripe, or other third-party services is subject to those providers' terms as well. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling by third parties outside our reasonable control.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or incidents may cause downtime. We may modify features, limits, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost traffic, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ScalePlant Group (opens in new tab), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you retain mandatory protections under your local law.
